Ask your baker before you ask us.
They set the pickup window, they packed the box, and only they can change either. A swap, a later time, a question about what's in it, or calling the whole thing off: that one is theirs to decide. Your order names their shop, and going straight to them saves a round trip through us.

Build your shop before your paperwork's in.
You don't need your registration in hand to start. Name your kitchen, write your story, add your first product, set your prices. Only going live waits on your Arizona cottage food registration and your food handler card, and the selling page walks through what each one is and how to get it.
You set your price and that is what comes to you, less card processing. Price something at $40 and you keep $38.46. Our fee is added on top for the buyer rather than taken out of your side.

Three things we can't bend for anyone. They come out of Arizona cottage food law, not out of a policy we wrote.
Arizona, and only Arizona.
An Arizona cottage food registration doesn't cross the state line, so we can't sell or deliver outside Arizona. Not a box to grandma in Florida, not even at Christmas. Checkout blocks an out-of-state address, and there's no override to ask us for.
Dairy, meat, and poultry stay in their hands.
You can order the cheesecake, the cream cheese frosting, the custard filling. Arizona lets them sell those over the internet and then requires them to hand those to you in person. No courier for those, ever.
They hand it to you.
Pick it up from them, or they bring it. No warehouse, no hub, no locker in the middle, and there never will be, because what keeps the food legal is that it goes from their kitchen to your hands.
